Privacy policy

isavex processes a public post link only when you ask us to prepare a video download. An account is not required for the web downloader, and we do not sell personal information.

Usage analytics

We may use Google Analytics and first-party event logs to understand page visits, language selection, device category, and whether a download request succeeds. Our first-party browser logger does not include the Twitter/X link you paste. A random session identifier may be stored for the current browser session, and Do Not Track requests disable this logger.

Service data

The download service may temporarily process the public URL and technical request data required to return a result, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Retention should be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
